LMAO your reprisal of the woman’s future article after her ex-husband gets remarried had me in stitches. Hilariously accurate.
One of my favorite Substack bloggers recently penned an entry on this woman’s Atlantic article and came to basically the same conclusion you did: https://matsumoto.substack.com/p/on-purposeless
Namely, that she lived a purposeless life before and will continue to live one afterward. That her fantasies of adventure will give way to her mediocrity. That her inability to find grace and beauty in her own family will remain absent from her newfound Sisterhood of the Traveling Degeneracy.

Was interested to see that Heather Eland (“Astrology with Heather) is wearing a heart monitor these days. Seems a little young for that doesn’t she?

One of my goals for 22 is more good humor aka levity vs gravity.
